            I purchased my car from ******* ****** in 12/2020. They sent the car to Cortese Mitsubishi after I complained that the day I picked it up the car warning stated it was over heating. Cortese Mitsubishi reset the sensor and sent the car back to auction direct. Now my engine is blown and no one wants to take responsibility. Due to CVT failure that causes the engine to fail, Mitsubishi is getting sued in a class action lawsuit and my car is part of the lawsuit. The dealership is also charging me for a complete tear down of the engine and diagnostics after the warranty requested this and the warranty company refuses to pay anything; which originally was going to pay for head gasket repairs.

            I feel Cortese Dodge Mitsubishi is taking advantage of me. They charged me for an inspection in Oct 2023. I also paid 700 dollars for a front headlight. I reach out to Dodge (KEN.N) vis telephone in May 2024. He confirmed that I paid for the inspection. We made arrangements JUST to get the updated sticker. I arrive at Dodge on the agreed date and time, but Ken took my car into the service area. He returned about an hour later says I need new brakes and the cost would be 600 dollars. I never gave him permission to check my car, but he did it anyway. He accused me have having someone else work on my car, in the presence of other customers. They replaced all my tires a few months back and no one noticed the brakes were bad. And for some reason no one in Dodge can fix my navigation system. It has never worked. Dodge Cortese looked at it,and charged me. I don't think they do anything but charge.
