I am just finding out that my vehicle was charged off after being in the shop for 4 months.Business response

I purchased my vehicle in October with a bumper to bumper warranty and month after I sent a text to the salesman stating my engine was loud and requested a *** *** which I never got or even a response since then I have take my vehicle in about 4 times due to it being very loud and shaking they always did seem to “ find something that cause the vehicle to be loud and shaking “ but wasn’t exactly the problem clearly since here we are 16 months later and the vehicle got to the point where I could barely drive it anymore , dropped it off and it took them 2 days to reach out and figure out the problem the manager didn’t seem to care about the customer service I was given ( only the service guy Corbin has been helpful!) turns out it’s my Transmission which is now not covered under warranty due to being slightly over on miles. If they had did a thorough check on the vehicle before it got to this point it would have been covered. Now they are charging me $9,000 to fix it and I have already put in about $1,000 in the short time I’ve had it now thisBusiness response
