              I placed an order for their samples. I immediately noticed that my address on ****** Pay was not changed. I contacted them right away...sent 3 emails notifying them to change the shipping address. Then I see none of the emails were delivered and used their contact form, and NEVER got a response. I tried calling only to get a voicemail message saying their inbox was full. This is a horrid company to deal with! Use at your own risk!

              I purchased a bottle of the lilac lotion at the 2024 Rochester Lilac Festival.. There is no problem with the lotion. But, there IS a problem with the pump. It does not work at all! I have been unsuccessful in many attempts to reach the company. I don't know where else to turn, The phone number listed has a mailbox that apparently has been full for months based on other reviews I have seen. The email listed is non-working and is returned by Mailer-Daemon. I am not from the Rochester area and have no way to contact this company. What a waste of money!
