TERRIBLE PLACE TO DEAL WITH. I scheduled an appointment with them specifically for a massive bee problem on Sunday October the 1st. I was informed that they would be at my house between 8am-10am. Total cost for this nonsense was $325!!! I later received a text from the guy who was to come to my house, Thomas, stating that he would be there between 8am-11am. I called the next day to confirm and went over with the rep the reason for the visit. She read back to me why i scheduled an appointment, again for BEES. The guy arrived to my house about 930am. Looked at the situation, went to his van to get his gear, came back & told us that his gear didn't fit him and that he could not do the job and that he was allergic to bees. Told us that we needed to call back, to an 800# and try to re-schedule in our area with a guy named Charlie. I called immediately to see what was going on & was told that they couldn't reach the supervisor at the Rochester location & that an email was sent and a message to the voicemail. I called 4 hours later asking for a supervisor and was told no. Did not refund my money, did not cancel my service and still to date at 5pm, no call from the supervisor who scheduled a man to come to my house for a bee situation who was allergic. Nothing!! Save your money, this company does not care about you, your family, your safety, nothing! All they care about is the money. They are a scam & will RIP YOU OFF. TERRIBLE PLACE
