This company is a scam and a fraud. I signed in December and the last lead I received was in June. Received just 13 leads from sellers who advised them I AM NOT INTERESTED IN LISTING WITH AN AGENT. All were FSBO'S and not one expired. We have been trying to speak to someone over these past few months and have been only able to leave message with no return call.Review from Andressa S

This company is a scam. They collect your money and send some "for sale by owner" leads (not appointments) that you can get for free on ****** for the first few weeks and then you never hear from them again. Save your money, time and energy and stay away from these people.Review from Dan S

I paid this company $5000 a few years ago. They did not get me one single listing appointment. They made excuses and then eventually stopped returning my calls and emails. Completely ghosted me. Complete waste of time and money.Review from Kechia T

Scam. What they show in their script performance to sell you is NOT what they deliver on. Lead were worthless. They did not do any expired leads; only FSBO. And the FSBO leads were garbage. They were not leads. They were the people who answered the phone. It seemed like that was the only qualification. Please never pay for this service. They will also try to get you by making it seem like a discounted deal. First they start at $5000 for 10 leads. I said NO. Then they dropped it to $2500 for 5 leads and then they would upgrade it to 10 leads. So, $250 per lead, which is fine... if the leads were quality leads.Review from Gary S

I paid this company $5K for prospecting with expireds/fsbo leads. I have tried to contract them by phone and email and have received no response. They have not fulfilled their agreement to prospect with these leads provided until I closed 10 transactions. (Package: 10 Closed Listings plus 10% Broker to Broker Referral Fee. Average of 1 to 2 Listing Referrals per week.) I am very disappointed with this company for not honoring what they have promised in their agreement. Do not waste your hard earned money with this company, if you can find them.Review from MK H

Fraudulent Business, Please believe everything you read in all of these reviews and complaints. If you have been defrauded by this company please file a formal complaint immediately with the NYS Office of the Attorney General's Consumer Frauds and Protection Bureau in Rochester NY. Easy to google instructions on how to file a formal complaint. I filed a formal complaint and they are following up but said the more victims that file with them the stronger their case will be to go after LRG.

Ms. ******** entered a partnership with LRG in February 2022, just about two years after this review. She worked with us from February 2022 through March 2022 and shortly thereafter stopped working the program (sending in leads to call so we could send her listing appointments.) In the two months we worked together, we sent Ms. ******** 19 referrals, 9 of which went on to list and sell with other agents. Upon her initiation of a refund request, it was denied due to her not working the program for a minimum of six months and not providing feedback on all 19 referrals that were sent. This is a partnership and we make it clear what is needed not only to be successful and take listings, but to make sure the client's investment is protected should their be a desire for a refund after six months of partnership. As with any client we've worked with over the past 15+ years, we are happy to continue calling for Ms. ******** should she choose to continue to participate.Review from Jon T

Sham operation - proceed with them only if you want to lose your money. And LRG save your breath in even responding to this complaint. You wouldn’t even follow up with me throughout the course of the service period. Hannah Marie and Cheryl you are frauds.Review from Marisol O

Listing Referral Group is a scam. I paid $3,000 and did exactly what they required and was guaranteed 10 sales. The few leads provided were not good leads, needs to be responsible for their compliance in this scam as well! I agree with all the other ratings. This company needs to be shut down! SCAM!!!!!!!! That is all you need to know. I lost a lot of time and money on this.Review from Tammie C

BELIEVE EVERYTHING YOU READ HERE!! Don't be stupid like me and think it was only THAT agent. They took $3000 from me and never provided the leads they said they would. Some leads sent to me said "the seller would be willing to work with me if I brought a buyer". The name of their company even says "LISTING" REFERRAL GROUP! I could call these leads myself (which they made me provide and costs more money each month) and get that kind of commitment. Some months, no leads at all and they continued to lie and string me along. Horrible company only here to gain the thousands of dollars up front money!
