      My roof was complete 05/2019, since then I have had issues with my back portion of my roof. I have spoke to Greg and Brian multiple times about my issue. The first year I was told it was a “harsh winter” , we live in upstate New York every winter is harsh and I never had this issue with my 30 plus year old roof before this. The following year I had the same issue so I called again and told them something needs to be done, I was told that there would be a crew coming out to fix the issue multiple times. I was given a date the work would be done(8/19/22) I canceled tree work that was going to be done that day so there wouldn’t be an issue and after all of that no one from Greg’s customs exterior has showed up. I have been given excuses to why not and now I have been calling, leaving voicemails and have heard nothing back. I signed a contract that states their labor is under warranty. They are not holding up their portion of the contract and I am beyond frustrated at this point. The entire back portion(porch) should have full ice and water shield, I believe they didn’t do that since I have icicles coming threw my tongue and grove ceiling. I believe they do not do the work they claim to do, I had installation work done in my attic and the company brought to our attention there was no ridge vent(even though we paid to have that done with Greg the roofers) they have since fixed that. Clearly they cut corners there which we can see from the inside , my issue with my porch can’t be addressed without them tearing off shingles. I paid a lot of money and signed a contract to have the work done right. If they don’t want to fix their work then at this point I don’t even want them to do the work, I want money back so I can hire a company i am confident to do the job right and that is trustworthy

      Customer called us days after this complaint was filed requesting us to remedy this.  Disagree with the complaint but still making attempts to please the customer.

      Well, in your original complaint you stated " at this point I don’t even want them to do the work" but NOW you're OK with us doing the work?  You've been very indecisive, which is causing a LOT of misunderstanding.   If you AGREE to let us back to your property you have to be willing to allow us to do the work as WE SEE FIT based on 34 years of PROFESSIONAL experience, not heresy from a 3rd party insulation guy.

      My statements are from frustration of nothing happening.  Like I said I never wanted to go this route and if you make this right I would be more than happy, all I wanted in the first place.  Please call me with a date to when you will be coming, I understand it’s winter and might not have crews working so just keep me posted. Thank you

      Greg installed a brand new roof last October 2020. Complete tear off. He was supposed to come back to fix some siding that was damaged. We have a leak in our roof that is coming through a light in our home. I contacted them 3 weeks ago. No response until I called them back. Finally sent someone out to look 2 weeks later. They said there were nails installed wrong possibly but never went into my crawl space to see the water damage. I called two more times a week ago and still no response from Greg. The damage is now getting worse as water continues to come in the house after we paid 11,000 for a new roof.

      As of 11/24/2021 this is resolved.  The homeowner needs to understand I have no control over the delays to materials and staffing due to covid.  The majority of my working crew members had to quarantine for over 10 days within the past 45 days due to exposure to covid.  It's done, please close the file.
