If you are looking for professional gutter installation pros who are class from start to finish, look no further than Highland Contractors. Wayne H******** and his crew treated me as a valued customer from start to finish. They provided a fair price and provided it beyond my expectations! Highland Contractors, are what I like to call "old school" meaning, when the job is done your home is left impeccable from their clean-up work, something that other companies lack in today's era. Upon first contacting them, I spoke to Abbey, from the office, who provided me with answers to many of my questions. She promised Wayne to call me shortly to give me more info, which he did. The crew that performed the work was led by a gentleman named Sean (if I remember correctly), they were fast and efficient, even suggesting routing the downspouts differently to be more efficient, to which I readily agreed. I can't say enough about Highland Contractors and Wayne, except, if you are looking for reliability, quality, and class Highland Contractors is MY choice

I had a appointment to get my roof repaired at my office plaza, Highland never showed up. I called to see what was going on and the lady at Highland was rude, told her never mind I would find someone else. Don't waste your time, unreliable.

Excellent contractor! I recently used Highland contractors to replace the 1st story section of my home roofing which was very old and which needed both shingle and plywood/decking replacement. After getting estimates from 3 contractors I went with Highland Contractors due to their competitive pricing, and their estimator Chad's clear review of their products and procedures (and as a friend had also recommended them) - he provided clear answers to questions involving "do by date" guarantees, the *** products used, and the use of cap nails versus staples for underlayment. He did not try to upsell other products as some of the competitors did but focused on my basic roof replacement needs. I had asked for a month out "do by date" in the contract but Highland exceeded my expectations, scheduling the work for a week after the signing! The crew arrived at 6:50AM that morning and worked efficiently removing the old shingles and plywood and had all the new roofing installed and full clean up by 4pm. The dumpster was removed early the next morning and receipts sent soon after. Thorough cleanup - much better than when I had the 2nd story roof fixed by a different company 5 years ago when 2 trees fell on it. Very efficient officework and processing of NY Sales Tax waivers also etc. I highly recommend them!

Oh my goodness! We shopped for quotes and BY FAR Highland Contractors was the best quality and the best price. In no way did we compromise. Dever was honest and efficient, Rich made sure the job was done to the companies, and our expectations! The roofers worked so hard and were very experienced at replacing our very large roof. Could not be happier!

BUYER BEWARE. This is NOT the company you may think they are. My experience with Highland Contractors was so bad that Rochester's ********** (Contractors Edition) is doing a 2 page spread about it. I wish ****** reviews and **** allowed more room for reviews so I can share them in both but there is not enough room. The short version is this, the company gives the most ridiculous and cheesy sales pitches, over-promises and under-delivers like no other business I have experienced. They severely damage my property, left an absolute mess, shorted me on the money they owed me, and LIED to my insurance company so I got less from my claim. Highland Contractors is an embarrassment of a company and after finding out that they use software to pad their ****** reviews, I find them even more pathetic. The owner of the company does not care about anything other than overcharging good people by telling them how much better they are than other businesses, degrading other businesses, telling them what you want to hear, making sure they get your money, then treating you and your property like pieces of garbage. Feel free to contact me directly for all of the details. Hopefully you will see it on channel 10 as I am in communication with them to run a consumer protection story. The owner responded to my ****** review by stating that even if they gave me all my money back I would not be happy further solidifying the company's inability to run a business. All they needed to do was not give me a gross sales pitch, over promise, under deliver, damage my property, refuse to pay the full bill for damages, lie to me, and lie to my insurance company.

We were given to different dates for siding insulation. When questioned, we were treated unprofessionally and rude. In fact, we were told that they had "more important jobs". I would not recommend this company as the General Manager does not take accountability and lacks basic communication skills.
