I have been with Doxy since the beginning of Covid lockdown. I have had a huge problem with customer support. I asked to end my auto pay before my renewal date. The customer service rep sent me 7 emails in argument to why I could not end my professional service and then argued that the free service would fit my needs despite my saying I often did conference calls with myself and 2 others. She deleted my paid account and I told her to fix that as I asked for at the end of my renewal date in several weeks. She wrote she had fixed it.. I found out today, I couldn’t log into my conference call. These are medical appointments and this situation was totally unnecessary. I think the 7 emails to argue her case helped her forget what services I needed. There is no one to telephone and am at the whim of whoever answers the email. I don’t see this being resolved.

Horrible. You can’t even email someone to complain or get help. I had been using Doxyme since March 2020. No longer..I am now using Zoom full time. Where do I start? Clients can’t sign on..blurry picture..a lag..volume too loud or too low and can’t be adjusted.. I just don’t get it. O think they are putting too much thought into supporting political views and not on professionals.Doxy.me Response

They are not reachable to cancel their services. The phone number is not answered. They do not respond to emails. I have continued to be charged for a service that I do not use. I have filed a challenge to their charges with my bank and hope that this will resolve the problem. **** ******** **Doxy.me Response
