            My 86 year old mom was a stroke patient at ****** ******** Hospital in Rochester from March 9th to March 23rd. On March 23, 2023 her social worker arranged transportation from ****** to ********* ******* Nursing Facility in Brockport, NY. She told me that I needed to pay $310 out of pocket so I gave her my credit card for the transaction. 30 minutes before Metro Transportation **** ******* *********** *** ********** ** *********** was due to arrive, the social worker, who knew my mom had Medicaid, told me that she made a mistake and Medicaid was suppose to pay for the transport. She told me that she called Metro and they said that they were not able to give me a refund and I would need to submit a claim to Medicaid, which I did. Steve B******, from Medicaid ******* ******** *************) called me on May 31st and said it doesn’t work like that. Metro needed to submit a claim. I called Metro and they said social services lied to me because they didn’t feel like helping me. I emailed and called about this several times and Metro has not responded.

            Rude, Dis-Honest! They were scheduled (as of last night ) for a pick up for my daughter for PT. I called for phone confirmation and was told my daughter was not on their list another company was. I called the other company and they had no record of it as of yet . The owner had Metro (when I complained) told me he had nothing to do with the change it was all "MAS" and stated he did not have to answer to me. He also said they were no longer doing pick-ups in our area. I called "MAS" and they told me that in order for the bus company to change riders Metro would have to either call in the change or change it on the computer. MAS also told me that Metro was still active in servicing our area. Metro owner Lied to me! Would you trust your 90 year old mother or disabled daughter with this service! Hell No! They have gone down hill.
