On June 1, I gave Tina a deposit of $1700 to have Snyder reupholster the seats of my ****** ***. I was to bring the car in on July 5 and I was told the entire job would take two weeks. On July 2, Tina called me to tell me that she forgot that they would be closed from July 5 through July 19 so we rescheduled for July 19 and I dropped the car off at 8 AM on July 19. Around 6 PM on the 19th, Bob B****** called me and told me that the "Syrians", who were to do the work, picked up their paychecks two days earlier and told him they were going to Syria for four weeks. Bob told me he would order the European ****** seat covers and they would take about 4 weeks to come in and by then the "Syrians" would be back. I was told to bring the car in so Tina could take a picture of my seats because there were two different kinds. I brought the car in and Tina took a picture and assured me she knew which seat covers were correct because mine had pockets. In the beginning of September, after receiving no contact from Snyder, I emailed Bob requesting he return my my $1700. I told him that, failing to do that, I would contact several agencies and an attorney. Bob called me and told me that the "Syrians" had not returned and he would have to find some one to replace them. He called me to tell me that the seat covers had not been ordered yet because there now was actually three different kinds and they would have to see the car again. He said Tina didn't know about the third kind. He also went on some arrogant tirade that he could care less if I contacted an attorney. My last phone conversation was with Tina on October 21 at 1:52 PM. In which she went on some maniacal profane laced rant. This company is not honorable. Though no court action has begun, I have contacted an attorney. He suggested I first file a complaint with BBB and the Attorney General. I have done both. I have emails and recorded phone conversations which will prove everything I have alleged.
