This business worked on our truck for a recall issue in April. Following this “repair” our truck alarm repeatedly goes off, we have messages saying the hood is open and the door is ajar. We had hoped it would resolve itself. It did not. I called to get them to correct their error before we go on vacation and Gina said they couldn’t get me in but she scheduled me for the Webster location, which is double the distance from my home. She told me there was a shuttle that was first come first serve. She was rude, often interrupting me. I accepted an appointment at the Webster location. They called yesterday to confirm the appointment and a woman told me I was not on the shuttle list and was listed as a “drop off”. She put me on the shuttle list. I arrived today, early to my appointment. Unfortunately I did not get the rude man’s name that I spoke with. He told me they were not part of the other location, then said they were when questioned further. Said he knew what the hood issue was even though I told him it all began after the recall “fix”. He told me they may charge me for diagnostic and service if it was not related to the recall “fix”. It was clear he did not believe my explanation and was going to charge me for something, regardless. I asked for my key back, twice and left. I will try to resolve this when I return from vacation but am aggravated, annoyed and surprised that a company would not try to resolve an issue they caused and that they have such rude, arrogant and expectant employees doing their customer “service”.
