      I have been renting a house for the past 5 years. The rental company uses them for all its utility bills. I have never had a problem with Conservice until this past Sept 2021. They sent me a double bill for my electric, gas, sewer, trash, and water. I called them for it and they stated that it was because all of the utilities double billed them and that we were behind 2 months. The person that I spoke to said that they agreed with me, that it would be impossible because i have paid their bill every month for the previous 5 years. I asked for statements so that I could track the charges over the past and figure out why I was being charged. They did not respond with anything. I was told by the person that she spoke to her manager and was told that utility companies forget to bill and double bill. I ended up paying over 800 for my electric bill and now coming in to October 21' my bill is doubled yet again. I cannot get documentation or explanation. I think they kept the money i sent them.

Total $1,254.94 (5740.00 is for total usage since meter was installed in 2020. THIS ERROR HAS EXISTED SINCE 5/20/21 6/24/21 to 7/22/21 Start Read 5740.00 gal End Read 6170.00 Gal = 430 Gal. ( Billed for 4300.00 Gal)Total $1,254.94 6/24/21 to 7/22/21 Start Read 5740.00 gal End Read 6170.00 Gal =430 gal. (billed for 4300.00 Gal) Total $102.44 Plus $1,254.94 To correct this error is to go back to reading start at 511.00, date 5/20/21, to current usage on the meter and correct charges of late fees as shown on invoices.
