I purchase web site hosting through hostbrew.com since 6/16/2016. I pay for them to host a web site for me named codestepbystep.com. In return for a monthly payment, hostbrew provides a web server on which I can host my web site. This site is a home business educational tool I have developed that is used by thousands of students and teachers worldwide. On approximately 11/10/2021 Hostbrew's server that hosts my web site went down. Such a thing happens occasionally and is usually resolved by contacting their support department to investigate. However, despite multiple attempts to reach Hostbrew support, they have not responded to any emails, support tickets, nor phone calls I have sent them since that date. It has now been almost a full month and I have received absolutely no communication from anyone at Hostbrew. I cannot reach them and the server is still down. The outage was so long that I was forced to purchase hosting from another company and begin hosting the site using another provider. While this solved part of the problem, Hostbrew still retains much of my site's user data on their servers, and I would like very much to be able to access and extract that data. But I still cannot reach them. Despite providing me no hosting service for a month, Hostbrew has continued to send me automated bills and invoices for hosting fees and charges. I have thus far not paid the latest bill because they are not providing the service for which I am paying. Because of their lengthy lack of communication and service, I feel I have no choice but to contact a third party (BBB) to resolve the matter. In terms of restitution, I would be satisfied if I could simply receive my server hosting service again for a short time so that I can extract my user data from their server. I would then terminate my business relationship with Hostbrew. I also feel I should not be charged for time when the server has been under outage. Thank you, ***** ***** ******************
