John Larkin was hired as the photographer for our wedding that took place on 12/1/2018. Part of our contract includes a wedding album. At the time we receive the wedding album, we would have to pay the remaining $500. On the date of our wedding, John was ill and sent a replacement photographer. They took nice pictures. When John provided the initial draft of our album, we expressed our unhappiness with it and requested he update it. We offered to go back into the website and favorite pictures we would like included. John and I have emailed back and forth about this album for a long time now. He usually responds that he will complete the album. However, it has never been provided. Because he was responsive, I never filed a complaint. At this time, I just want help making sure he completes the album. If you need dates from emails or his responses, let me know. Thanks!Business response
