On July 24 while shopping at key food. I was told by a manager that he could not allow me to use the restroom. I explain to him that it was an extreme emergency and for health reasons I needed to go. I also stated that I was able to use the bathroom in the past while shopping here. I have diabetes and my medication I take is also a diuretic. I was completely mortified because I knew I would eventually have an accident. I have been shopping here for over 30 years however if they cannot abide by the state laws which requires them to provide bathroom facilities to their customers. They should not be open.Business response

The bathroom in the supermarket is located in the warehouse area behind the retail sales floor.
This area has constant activity of deliveries being received and employees transferring boxes of merchandise on hand trucks and pallet jacks into and out to retail floor area.
For the safety of everyone, only authorized personnel can enter this area in order to avoid mishaps.

They didnt have the products advertised on sale so I asked for a rain check and the cashier said they didnt do that anymore. Never had problems getting a rain check before until now. I thought a rain check is by law unless not anymore but its not fair that they put the products on sale each week and then if they dont have the product you have to forget about it.Business response

We understand the customer complaint, but as stated on the bottom of our weekly sale circular we do not carry all items on the circular.
Rain checks are not given any longer because we are not guaranteed from our suppliers that we will receive the products from warehouse.
