Fabled Merch STOLE money from me. I would give 0 stars if it was possible. I ordered an $80+ Book Box from them back in September of 2020. The box did not get delivered until July of 2021 after literally 9 months of them making the most unprofessional excuses and constant messaging back and forth. When it did arrive, it was missing two of the most valuable items in the box (which isnt saying much because the items that were delivered were absolute garbage but thats beside the point). There was a scrappy little note that basically said sorry, we dont know how to run a business, well get them to you eventually. It is now January of 2022 and I still have not received these items. I have sent countless messages and emails and they have gone dark. No responses whatsoever. Now it has been over a year since I ordered and I was given the runaround for so long, I dont even know if Ill be able to file a claim with my credit card company to get my money back. They are the most disgusting company I have ever interacted with. Zero sympathy for their customers who they have screwed over countless times (just read more about them and youll see).Review from Massy A

This company is a fraud. They are dishonest & constantly post lies to their social media accounts. I ordered my SJM world box on 9/13/2020. After much back and forth with the company and threats of wanting a return or going to my CC company, I finally received the box in **** of 2021. Almost a full year later. Upon receipt of the box there were items missing with a pre printed letter on top that stated sorry its missing stuff, heres a $10 discount, thanks. The letter had words scribbled out & written in, it looked like a 5 year old did it. There was never an offer of refund or explanation just a tough kind of feel to it. Very unprofessional & extremely poor customer service in this companys part. Will never purchase from them or their sister company ************ again. Stay clear!
