Issue with an order from *********** 1.I ordered a Canon T7 bundle Sunday, 11/21 from the Web site. SKU: ******************** 2.I get a welcome to the Family email but no invoice or order confirmation.3.Monday I get an email from ********************************** saying you tried to reach me.. but you hadnt. My phone hadnt received a call from anyone, much less you.4.At 9:28 I get a call from ************ but cant answer it, Im on a work conference call.5.At 9:32 I get another one.. same result, but I try to respond via IM 6.At 9:47 I get a third call, I answer this one even though my meeting is still going on. Some sales guy wants to upsell me a battery; I agree to get a double duty battery for a discounted price but he hangs up before I can find out how much that is or get a SKU.7.At 9:32 I get an email (apparently before I talk to the nice sales person) saying my order is declined.8.I email ***************:9. Nobody sends me a sales invoice or order confirmation, on 11/23 I get an email back indicating my payment was declined. I still don't have an invoice or an order number. I try to investigate but their website *************** is down. I email back telling them the situation and requesting they cancel the order.10. On 11/24, I get a notice from my bank that I've been charged but still no order confirmation or invoice.Purchase amount ****** USD Merchant details at 4K4LESS.COM in ********** ************* Date 11/24/2021 11. I try calling the indicated number ************ but just get put on hold. I respond via email to cancel the order.. but I don't have an order number.12. They ship me something via ****** That package arrived on 12/6 and we rejected it since we don't know what's in it and don't want to take ownership, since it could be a "scambox". I open a claim with my bank to recover the funds: $******.At this point I don't know if the company is alive or not. They do have my money, but their website is still down.
