Great experience with crossroads auto leasing . Was shopping for cars for a few weeks visiting many dealerships. Crossroads beat every price I was given and found me the best deal out there . They also dropped off my car and took my previous one. It was a pleasure not having to go back to dealership and waste hours of my time . Fantastic service. **** and his wife ***** are very friendly. **************** is top notch, which I feel is important especially when buying/leasing a new car. I hands down will use Crossroads Auto Leasing **** again. Made a call to them on a Wednesday, **** found what I wanted, and by Monday I had the car on property. This was my second experience using Crossroads. I was in search of a small SUV to replace my sedan. Worried about my budget and preferred options, ***** and **** from Crossroads went above and beyond, suggesting various makes and models that I hadn't considered before. Their suggestions encouraged me to think "outside-the-box". Throughout the process, there was no rush to make a decision; instead, ***** and **** were focused on ensuring that I found a car that I truly loved that was within my budget. If I could give 10 stars I would! With my current lease ending I went to a few dealers to look at cars and get quotes, each experience was stressful, exhausting, and I received extremely high quotes. I started to ****** leasing agents that could personally help me more. I came across **** at crossroads auto leasing, and Im so glad I did! From the first conversation until the moment I got my new car the entire process was seamless! He literally took care of everything, communicated every step, was extremely friendly, answered all of my many questions, got me the BEST quote, and most importantly personally delivered my amazing new car! The best part is, **** got my brand new lease delivered to me in 2 days from our first conversation, and took my old lease back! Im still in awe how great this process was.
