In April of 2022 I hired this company national oil and gas conversion to conduct an conversion from oil to gas and change out all heaters and insure basement baseboards worked. I signed a contract for one price and when it came to the end of the work being done I was told it was about approximately ***** extra because I work be receiving rebates on the new machine and thermometers, also the permit fee. I gave the money and to date I have yet to recieve any rebate or any updated documentation from the orginally contract. I can not apply for rebates with no information or receipts. The owner left his water tank in my basement to date and it's preventing me from doing repairs in my basement. I was informed the heating system will cover two zones and it only covers one. He installed two thermostats but only one works. He doesn't answer or respond to any calls or messages being sent. This is very unfair and unprofessional robbery. One of the professionals from national grid also came out and said the pipe was not covered properly and asked who did the work. I was informed that things was inspected but I never recieved an inspection certificate. I was robbed out of money and the proper work to be conducted. I now have to hire someone to check everything over. I also had to hire someone to close up all the holes that was put in my walls and floor and never covered up or repaired by them.
