For medicinal, therapeutic claims and efficacy claims, or claims to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any illness or disease, or condition, scientific, clinical evidence from human clinical trials is preferred to support the claims. The dosing and amounts provided should also be the same to ensure that the results of the cited clinical trials can substantiate the claims that are being made.
