The hat I ordered from Tactical Pro Supply hasnt been sent. Tracking and customer service state that the shipping label was printed but **** is still awaiting the item to ship. Ive been in contact with Tactical pro Supply support email and was told that my item did indeed ship, but the status on tracking still shows waiting for item. I sent an email with a picture of my tracking information saying that it hasnt even been sent, but I havent received any information about it. I just want my hat since its a gift. I want to support Veterans but im starting to believe maybe i shouldnt be supporting Tactical Pro Supply. **************** seems to lack any sort of concern for their customers.Business response

upon checking it seems that **** has not scanned your package and it has been lost, the package was sent out again yesterday and a new tracking number has been sent to your email, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience as the holiday season is our busiest time of year, thank you again for support
