      I received a letter from ** ******************** claiming I owe a debt of $4175.00 from ** *****************. I have never visited any of the locations under this umbrella nor have I seen any of the providers as a patient. Not only do I not owe this, this wouldnt even be the proper procedure to go through if I did. In addition, I was out of the country on the date claimed on his letter. Upon further investigation, I discovered ** ******************** is pulling the same scams with other people. He has a multitude of complaints stating he is inappropriately and unlawfully targeting and harassing civilians who are also innocent.

      Both South Shore Womens Medical and *** ******************** have been asked many times to send an itemized bill and a copy of exactly what my insurance has paid out for my procedure. I have requested this because the bill I have been sent does NOT reflect the information I have from my insurance or the information I received from the hospital at which my procedure took place. I have made multiple written requests for this documentation and all the keep sending me is a copy of my mailing address and a bill with no explanation or break down of charges. The refusal to send proper documentation tells me they are trying to rip me off for more than is owed. I continually receive threatening letters yet I havent received any of the documentation I have asked for. No one at *** ********************s ever answers the phone and my emails receive zero response. Send me the documentation I have requested to validate the debt.

      Attached is the itemized bill and explanation of benefits detailing the balance. The complainant's insurance company did not pay the bill as the complainant had a deductible which was her responsibility to pay. The balance is owed.

      My office never received any money from her bank. Funds were restrained and released. All her money would have been released and given back to her by her bank.

      This Law firm keeps sending me threating letters stating I owe money to ************************** Assoc. PC.I have no clue to who these people are, I sent a certified letter on 1/28/2021 asking for PROOF OF DOCUMENTATION of these false claims against me. I have been employed for over 25 years and ALWAYS HAD HEALTH INSURANCE. Richard Sokoloff nor his staff has ever sent me proof that this is my debt. I just received another threating letter in the mail on 4/1/2022. Richard Sokoloff STILL HASN'T PROVIDED SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS STATING THIS DEBT OR CLAIM. I will make a complaint with the *********************** and anywhere else I have to go! If the debt is mine I want to see PROOF and make sure no one else is using my name and I want to make sure he is contacting the correct person. I will not be bullied and threatened for something I didn't do. I will not pay someone else debt. I have health insurance for over 25 years Send the supporting documents along with my signature on them so I can match it against my signature. If someone else is using my identity I'm going to the police. I don't owe this debt, he hasn't sent any PROOF JUST THREATENING LETTERS!!! SHOW THE *******

      Documents have been sent to the complainant today but are not attached due to HIPAA. My client billed his insurance carrier for the services rendered. His insurance company was out of network with my client. According to my client, his carrier paid him the sum of $411.28, $102.82 was to be paid by him as co-insurance and the balance would be his responsibility. He was notified of this on more than one occasion by my client. At no time has payment been made and the balance is owed. It is up to him to contact his carrier to discuss with them if he is so inclined. His allegations are outrageous and libelous.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because I have NEVER USED ANY OF THESE SERVICES ! IT ISN'T ME . Prove it was me if you're the one making these claims PROVE IT! Show me Proof it was me I was Never sick. I have no clue to what you are talking about , what dates was I notified and with whom did you talk too? These accusations are absurd and I want to see proof of my signature and drivers license. Usually when a person goes to the doctor the INSURANCE GETS CHECKED FIRST PRIOR TO SEEING THE DOCTOR AND GETTING THE SERVICES NOT AFTER!!

      This man is a debt collector that has been harassing me for about ten years.I never owed this debt to begin with because I had health insurance. I have proved this to the hospital and to him back then. He has ruined my credit score unjustly. I recently received another letter from him. I am not the only one who he is abusing his power on things they claim is not settled. He is conning innocent people out of money and ruining peoples credit.This needs to be solved I will be getting legal action.

      False and libelous comments will not be tolerated. His accusations are so off base as can be seen.  The complainant is right in that he did pay off one **** he had from services rendered in 2011 for *** *******. He is mistaken when he claims the **** he received the letter from was paid. This is for a 2013 debt for *********************************************. In fact, in 2017 he was well aware of the ****. He made two payments of $100-see below- and stopped paying.        There are no false or libelous comments made. I had insurance period. I had three stitches. There is no reason for the **** to be denied by insurance. I am not liable for this ****. It would be an error in ****** hospitals paper work. As for ************************ I have spoken to them and I have told them about my insurance and it must be a mistake. They froze my bank accounts anyway and told me me the only way to get my accounts opened again was to be that CON-Man payments. I will not pay a **** I am not liable for. EVER. I will take the money and pursue legal action if need be. He really needs to be investigated.

      My step-son owes money to a hospital. ************ of Richard Sokoloff law office (collections) sent him a letter stating that because he was listed as a co-owner of the property, a lien has been filed and it would affect my selling or refinancing of the property. I assure you that only my wife and I are listed on the deed. I called ************, the message stated that I would be recorded, so I also recorded the called and once I advised hi of that fact, he hung up. I am checking to see if this lien is true and if so, will seek legal representation for us and what actions can be taken against ************ and the law firm.

      The lien only applies to the step-son and any property he may own. If the step-son does not own the property referenced in the complaint, there is no lien against that property.

      Of course that's why he says to cover his lie. Review the Marked Up Latter attachment.

      In Item 1, he lists my son at my ADDRESS.

      In Item 2, he states the ****** of ******** & Deeds, my son is listed as the ***** and/or CO-***** of the ADDRESS.

      In Item 3, he states that a lien has been placed on any PROPERTY he OWNS.

      In Item 4, he states the lien prevent him from SELLING or REFINANCING the PROPERTY.

      As the address is my property, this affects me.

      He should pay for a Title Search to prove there is no lien against my property.

      Again, it deals with property owned by the individual we are proceeding against. If he does not own the property, no lien would apply. If they ever have an issue in that regard, my office would confirm we are only proceeding against the step-son and any property he owns and not the complainant.

      Thanks for your trying but it is obvious he is not going to correct this issue easily. I will seeks another legal recourse to high light his deceptive process. 

      He states my son lives at 10 ************** states my son is the owner/co-owner of that property. He states he put a lien on the property my son owns (meaning the lien was placed on ****************) He lastly that the lien on the property will affect the selling of that property. As **************** is my property, how does that not affect me?
