Would never do business with them (again). Installed a home CAC and then wouldn't stand behind it or their work (which was faulty), fighting the customer on everything.Review from Christine C

I have made several complaints and have requested a call from the owner on several occasions but to no avail. Perhaps because I am a female? Not really sure, however, I can tell you that on 4 occasions in the last 8 years, after my spring maintenance was completed, I had a major leak which damaged the ceiling in more than one room. The leak was caused by different issues. On 2 occasions it was a break/crack in the *** pipe; once due to the elbow not being connected. Once when the pipe was repaired, another leak occurred with the next few days so that had to be repaired a second time. In any case, the ceiling was completely damaged. I requested the owner get in touch, he did not. I finally had renovation done last year and had the ceiling and floors replaced. This year, after the maintenance was done, another leak occurred. While the service guy told me it was condensation, it was enough water to fill a large pot 1/4 full, flooded the floor and ruined my ceiling...again. I've complained, I have pics. I've left messages with the service person, with ******* who is no longer there and with ******. I am not fixing the ceiling again because I feel that the company should be fixing it. Since I have had no response from the owner, I am resorting to this note. I would not recommend this company to anyone.Review from Robert S

We had a GREAT experience with Airmax when they recently installed our new Lennox XC20 Air conditioner, air handler and smart thermostat. From *** at the initial appointment, to working with ***** to schedule, to ******* and his crew for the install, the entire process was smooth and seamless. *** visited and learned what we were looking for, and delivered an estimate the same day. We had a few questions, which were answered accurately and promptly. Once we agreed to move forward, ***** contacted us to schedule the install, which occured two weeks later. Another member of the team, ****, came and did a waklthrough to scope out what materials would be needed and any other info for the installers. On installation day, the crew was supposed to begin work at 8. They showed up at 7:30, and were working at 8. The install was done professionally and they were very neat, covering all floor surfaces and cleaning up after the work was complete. After teaching us how to use the new system and online thermostat, we were good to go! We've been in our home for 20+ years, and I must say that Airmax was one of the most pleasant and professional companies we've worked with. For us, they did what they said they would do, when they were said they would. Promises made, promises kept.Our experience with Airmax was hassle-free, and we will recommend them to family and friends.
