I've never conducted business with them, but every couple of months they mail me a fraudulent bill for services I never ordered.

It's very likely that if you provide the file number I can look it up and send you whatever signed authorization you submitted to our office that resulted in the service and hence the bill.Best regards,*****

This Company tax correction Agency **** states that I had signed for their services on line- they went ahead and did a tax correction based on what looks like a forged signature when compared to the signature of my drivers license even . The contact number they have on file for me is a disconnected land line that I dont even know off the top of my head. They filed the tax correction based off solicitation emails they had sent to my to my email that I have not used for any financial transactions as it is from before I was married and is riddled with SPAM. All financial interactions are completed with my husband using our shared email. This company went on to send correspondence to my home with the wrong last name (wrong spelling) so it was ignored since I would not have set up a tax grievance without my husband and it looked like junk mail/a scam. Now this company is taking me to court for a service that I did not authorize and I will now need to take a day off from work to fight it. With 2 small children and a very fixed budget this is a lot to have to go through for a scam company (as I have seen from multiple reviews of them online- it seems they have done this before). I hope to settle out of court but part of me wants to go to court just to out them as a scam and report this company to the ** as fraud. If I could give zero stars I would.

We have not and do not forge signatures. Based on the information provided in your review(s), it seems that you signed up with us before you were married, provided a phone number for a landline that you ceased using, with an email address you ceased checking, and ignored our mail correspondence due to an alleged misspelling of your name. In other words, you did sign up for our service, and then ignored us, including our bills for service. After several years of ignoring our past due notices, we took you to small claims court.
