Very slow... after 10 days, I still have not received the main part of my order.The website showed everything in stock when I ordered it. *** shows an unshipped tracking number... so apparently they don't have my unit in stock after all. I have contacted support and am awaiting a reply.

*** Updated tracking 7/9 Due to operating conditions, your package may be delayed. / Delivery will be delayed.
It was a 4 box shipment. *** completed delivery (****************************************************************************************************************) but only delivered 3 boxes.
Customer contacted us to let us know a box was missing and that is when we were first aware.
We submitted a tracer as package appeared lost. We also offered customer the option to replace the missing item, but he said it would not arrive in time and opted for a refund instead.
We provided a label and RMA to return. RMA was processed and refunded complete. I believe he just contacted us that night and got anxious also filed a complaint the same night he calledthis case has been rectified. Thank you.

I purchased through their **** front and was more than happy with the customer support I got on my confusing order. People were polite and nice to talk to and understanding. I felt the need to make this review after feeling like a bad customer, but they more than held their end of the bargain with great shipping time too.I DJ Now Response

Worst customer service ever, I purchased something there and even had to open a claim trough the bank to get my money back because they never shipped it, they just kept my money SCAM ALERT. Customer was refunded and notified in less than 24 hours due to a backorder. Alternatives were also offered. We did not hear back from the customer after this. However, we are still glad to help find something better that is available. *This order was from 6 months ago.
