      Transaction occurred 2/14/2024. Paid ****** for merchandise. Order:****************** Order tracking was sent - but was never updated. Got my package and everything was dirty and very messily packed. Wanted to return some items due to being ill fitting and some dirty. Contacted company at email provided. Company went back and forth (after 3 emails and ******** messages and finally got a reply) about wanting to send partial refunds in numerous percentages. First offer was: $103 refund and keep merchandise. 2nd offer was: refund $62 and send back some items but keep others. 3rd offer was: $206 e-giftcard (in the form of a discount code) 4th offer: $130 refund (which they claim is over 70% of the price | paid which is not accurate). I chose to return the items - but was having issues with the address that was provided. I reached back out stating that I was having issues returning - so they claimed to have gone ahead with a partial refund of $130 on 3/26/2024. They claim the refund takes 5-15 days before posting.It is now 4/13/2024 and I have not seen any refund at all.They dont even follow their own return policy!!!!

      I ordered two dresses from Petallush on July 12, 2023. Order number ******************. The dresses didn't work for me and one didn't fit right so I emailed them to say I wasn't satisfied and to request a return authorization and return address to send them back. At first they tried to negotiate for me to keep the dresses for partial in store credit. After a few emails of this back and forth, I was finally able to persuade them I really did want a refund. They gave me instructions for returning the items, which I followed, including providing them a tracking number (**********************). They verified they received the tracking number and replied "We will check within 1 week after the warehouse receives your return package, and then we will issue a refund to your original payment account." Some time went by and I was reviewing my transactions and realized I still hadn't received a refund from them, I reached out by email to request my refund. I also messaged them through their portal and send an additional email to them. They did not respond to any of these messages. I looked for a phone number to contact them and did not see a phone number on their website. I never received the refund and even paid for the shipping to send the dresses back. The amount I paid for the dresses (not including the shipping I paid to send them back) was $89.89.

      I returned some clothing I had ordered online. The company received my return and through email has said that my refund will be issued. The last email I received from them on Sept 1st said that my refund would be made in 2 days. I have not received the refund and now they do not respond to my emails. I have no other way besides email to contact them.

      On 8/24/2023, I purchased two dresses in Small size on Petallush.com. The dresses arrived in poor quality material and the size is not as described. Needless to say, they dont fit well on me. The Green dress material also caused itchiness on me when I tried on. I immediately took it off and the itchiness went away. I never put it on again. The Blue dress's size is so way off, which basically slide off my shoulders even I wasn't moving. Both dresses are unwearable and definitely not in Small size. I received the dresses on 9/5/23 and contacted the merchant the same day for full refund. According to refund policy in their website, I am entitled for full refund. It is still within 30 days, the dresses have not been worn, washed, etc... And they are not final sale, see attachment. If it was a final sale, it would have a "final sale" markings on the picture, but there is no "final sale" marking. The ******************************, offered to refund $12 out of $76.26 I paid on both dresses. That is very insulting.Furthermore, I have been harassed by ****** for being pressured to accept a lowball refund offer even after I told her "No" a few times. This company should not be allowed to operate in *************. I demand a full refund of $76.26 from the merchant. In additional, I am requesting to be refunded the postage I paid $14.95 I for returning the defective dresses.

      I placed an order on 8/16/23 for a dress that cost $39.50 plus $9.99 for shipping. Their website states that if the item needs to be returned, contact customer service to get a return authorization for a full refund and it must be completed within 30 days. I contacted customer service on 8/30 to start the return process and they offered me $12 on my original form of payment to keep the dress and not return. I said this was unacceptable and they then offered me $20 on my original form of payment to keep the dress and it return it. The return policy on the website is completely misleading and incredibly frustrating that they are attempting to negotiate return rates rather than reimburse the original cost of the item. I provided a screenshot of the return policy on their website to the customer service agent and asked for an explanation as to why it was so misleading and that it was unacceptable to try and barter/negotiate with customers. Why would I want to keep the item if it doesnt fit?

      I ordered 4 dresses, order #****************** on 7/10/23 from Petal Lush. When the delayed order arrived, 2 of the dresses fit poorly. Trying to contact this company through customer service is hit and miss and i can not find a phone number.After several emails, the company stated they do not send return labels and they will help me after i send a description of the dresses that dont fit and why. I told them the color of the two dresses and there were size discrepancies. Then i received an email several days later asking me if i would accept a partial refund settlement. I declined. Please - anything you can do to help me with contact with this company and to warn others would be greatly appreciated.

      This company misrepresented merchandise- the quality and sizing is completely unacceptable compared to the measurements, fabrics and detail reflected on the website. Once you receive your bait and switch merchandise the company drags out the return process, makes it difficult and tries to bargain down to you keeping dollar store quality items. Shameful excuse for a business.

      In August 2022, I ordered 3 dresses from Petallush. Order number is ******************.I never received the dresses. I reached out to support several times. They had gotten notice that the dresses were not delivered successfully. I was first told to contact the ************** to get proof that the item was lost. I opened up a case with ***** They said my items were lost and they would try to search for the items. Over several months I would receive updates from ***** but eventually they said they could not find the package and they closed the case. I have reached out to Petallush several times. They said they needed to wait for **** to resolve the issue. And now they are not responding at all since May 2023. I would like a refund of my items. $129.75.Thank you.

      My wife ordered 4 dresses. We want to return two, they have a 30 day return policy. I contacted them twice via their website form for a return, and a few times on email. My wife contacted them on ********* I only got one response saying instead of giving me a full refund, they will give me a $25 refund and keep the dresses or a store credit. I said no I want a full refund and they blocked my email and are not responding. Please help me be able to return my wifes dresses that she doesnt want. Thank you!

      On April 29, 2023 I purchased several dresses that amounted to $155. Based on the websites policy, they offer full refunds minus the cost of return shipping. When my items arrived and I tried them on, they didnt fit like I wanted them to so I contacted the company requesting my full refund. Instead of a quick resolution and a full refund, they have tried to get me to accept two separate counter offers of $45 and $70 and to just keep the clothes. Nowhere on their website does it specify that this is how they prefer to manager their returns. I dont want to keep these items because they dont fit and only get part of my money back. I paid a lot and would like to be rightfully fully refunded. My order number was ******************
