      I ordered a cotton dress from them. It took weeks to arrive and was not cotton, but rayon. I was very disappointed and them to make a return. I spent over a week arguing with them to return this rayon dress that was advertised as cotton. ****** was even in the name of the dress! They did not want me to return it, but made so sort of other offers. I finally took 70% of my money back and kept the dress as to not have to pay to ship it back. They were very unprofessional and the whole ordeal felt very dishonest and cheating. I would not recommend anyone buy from them.

      Never buy from them. Their clothes are poor quality. They will never ***** you a refund. They try to bargain, ask if you'd settle for a 50% refund, then 70% refund, then if you cave and say yes they will drag their feet on giving you a refund at all. It's been 3 weeks and their "customer service" emails back nonsense that they've urged the department to check and oh the refund was successfully issued when I still have not received it. Liars.

      Same experience as everyone else. It took forever to receive my order and the dresses do not fit at all. It has been next to impossible to return the items. We continue to go around and around. I don't want a credit, I don't want to keep the stress, I want a refund! Follow your own policy!

      Ive had similar experiences to dozens of others. I promptly requested a return and full refund when the product did not meet expectations in accordance with their stated policy. What I received instead was a bargaining game. First offered 20% plus I get to keep the clothes I dont want. Then it was bumped up until I was finally threatened with a last and final for 65% or the possibility I wouldnt get a refund at all in addition to having to pay the return shipping.Its dishonest, unethical and should be fined by the Better Business Bureau. This kind of behavior should not be allowed to continue. And everyone wonders why no one shops small businesses and only Amazon.

      Beware!!! Bought multiple shirts, attempted to return three, run around, refusal to give full refund (shirts unworn and in original packaging with tags!). Offers for partial refunds do not come close to what I paid, not to mention they don't fit so I don't want them!!! Website states full refund within thirty days, that has been an out right lie so far!!

      Horrible return policy and customer service. I had at minimum 6 email exchanges with someone trying to offer me gift cards in lieu of me sending back the clothes. When I was insistent that I wanted a refund they told me that I would have to return the clothes on my own dime and provide THEM with the tracking information. Their product is cheap and not well made. One of the shirts purchased arrived damaged. Do NOT buy from petallush they are SCAMMING you.

      Awful return policy. Seriously, this company is sketchy. I regret buying from them. I bought one dress and it didn't fit properly, so I wanted to return it. (See their return policy below). Honestly, for a company that supposedly caters to women, they have no idea what kind of daily experiences women have. Why should I, in addition to my busy life with children and work and housekeeping, also do a part time job of returning clothes to them? I shop online so I can avoid dragging the kids through a department store and into the dressing room with me, why would I want to drag my kids to the post office and wait in a long line, etc. just to ship it back? Also, they suggest that if I don't follow their multiple instructions exactly, they may not refund my money. This is more than just inconvenient, this is theft. If they're making me pay the cost of shipping it back to them, the LEAST they could do is provide a printable shipping label so I can do it at home. So, after all this work I'm doing to ship it back to them, they may not even give me my money back AND they may not return the item or a replacement? So they're taking my money in return for nothing...this is THEFT! Also they say you can return within 30 days of receiving the package, but apparently you have to provide them with a tracking number 7 days after they email you with the return address in order to qualify for a refund... so I don't have 30 days, I have 7 days. Petallush, is this a scam?
