The company broke my son's bunk bed and several other items in my home. I would like the money for the products they damaged during the renovation process. From what I understand, no one has been paid, even those whose claims were approved. Per their employee, I'm one of the few who actually provided proof, yet they claimed there was no proof and denied my claim in December. I was never notified of this. This all happened around May of last year. I first submitted the claim for the bed and then took inventory of everything. I went back down with a letter and the following pictures. I was told everything was fine and the process would take around 6 months. I went to the office a few weeks ago; the employee contacted someone who said they would look into it and get back to me. It was her last day. She did resend my information when it was discovered that they had made many mistakes, including the dates, not including the pictures or the letter I wrote, etc. She got off the phone and explained that they had done nothing to help anyone and that I would probably be better off suing them. I also emailed several times. I have heard nothing back from them. They don't seem to be taking the matter seriously. They have since moved their office from my building. The only contact info I have is ************** and ************. No one answers or responds. As stated, I would prefer to resolve this without having to escalate the matter any further.
