            On July 18, 2018 Howie, the owner of Creative Furniture, picked up a family heirloom, a steamer trunk, to refinish inside and out. The price agreed to was $1,100, and I gave Howie an $400 on two occasions, for a total of $800. To date, my steamer trunk still isn't complete, and I have no idea how far it is from completion. I have been in touch by text or phone with Howie many times. Sometimes he doesn't answer my texts, and I have to text him several times to get an answer. When he does answer, he always states he will have the steamer trunk refinished in a month, or two weeks, or next week, but the project is never completed. I still have no steamer trunk and I don't know what he's done with my $800. He also has a dresser drawer from my bedroom dresser so he could match the color of the steamer trunk perfectly, and I supplied him with the stain to use to refinish the steamer trunk.

            ***** took my grandmothers beautiful bedroom set and money October 2021 ! After multiple text messages , excuses, delays , no answers, visits to warehouse to find it empty then finally to storage unit around corner found my furniture in horrible shape missing drawers, legs broken and scratched !! I have all pictures to show before what it looked like!! We had to get friends to go unit and get it ourselves! No response from ***** about my missing drawer or money!! Who does this?? Destroys family heirlooms!! He needs to be held accountable!! I am going to seek legal help in bringing him to justice! I suggest everyone in the same position do the same!! He is a criminal!!
