      I returned 2 orders to led outfitters on the 13th of February this month and they were signed for by an employee but I just called about my refund and there telling me they don't have the items My tracking number for the shipment is ****************** ******************

      the tracking numbers indicate that they were delivered on feburay 16 2023, as per our return policy located here **************************************************

       

      they will be processed and refunded accordingly with in 3 weeks of when it was received it which is by march 9th 2023

      I had three separate orders (*******, *******, *******) and all of them came destroyed and opened. They were all missing parts and I notified customer service.Granted, customer service sent out replacement parts but still I was missing parts. I asked to return these and they told me that I was responsible for the return shipping. I called and spoke to a very rude and ignorant gentleman who told me he was going to a meeting and did not have time to talk to **** will not pay to return something that I was not responsible for, seeing that I received these as damaged product.

      As per LED outfitters policy if something comes damaged or missing led outfitters will replace or send the missing item which led outfitters did via tracking number **** **********************. if a customer decided they don't want to keep the product it is treated as a return and the customer is responsible for the shipping associated with the return

      On September 16, 2021, I purchased a lightstick from LED Outfitters. It was not what the advertisement showed it to be so On September 24, 2021, I returned it. They received the item back on or about September 29, 2021. As of today, October 31, 2021, I have not received my refund. I understand that I am not entitled to the shipping fees back, but I would like my purchase price back. They received payment on a timely basis. I expect the same courtesy. The order #******* was purchased by my wife, ***** *********

      Bought a LED strobe light from LED outfitters had it less than 3 months before it failed. Now Im getting the run-around on warranty can you help. I am a small business and need this light and can not afford a 700.00 hit on a strobe light for my rollback

      Our Warranty on light-bars covers replacement parts so the customer will needs to send a video showing what the bar is doing with their order # to *********************** so than we can pass along to the manufacture and get them the parts they need under warranty

      customer has yet to provide the video so we can get the processed started for them
