      We enlisted the help of this company for moving services on 7/1/2023, order# *******. On arrival of the trucker who would do the moving, we were charged for "packing", although the mover ran out of tape and packing materials and used ours (as well as some of our left over boxes) to pack. I even had to run to the store to get him extra tape! On getting back from the store, I was surprised to find everything had been put into the truck with the driver telling me that he "found a way to wrap everything" and not to worry. My sister said they had taken everything out of the house in wrapping, but could not see how it was packed into the truck as she has to stay in the apt to monitor the items being taken out. We were told our things would arrive 7/2/2023 around 6 pm, were given a badly photocopied paper for a contract, and told to take a picture for our records. After 2 days of not hearing from the driver, the manager, ***, tells us he got in contact with the driver and our things will be delivered on 7/4/2023. A different truck and different driver arrived, but with our things no longer wrapped and with damage to our furniture (broken headboards, torn mattresses and box springs, dented bicycle, torn leather office chair, missing desk, etc.). Even the guy delivering said the items were not packed appropriately which was a problem (the other driver had transferred the things into his truck so he had not seen them). We immediately contacted *** who requested an email with details which was promptly sent. We were directed to Movingclaims.net which is another company for the claim. Some of the documents requested were not even provided by All Exclusive Moving.We are unable to get to anyone who can help us with all this damage and would strongly advise everyone steer clear of this company. Your things will be handled poorly, they do not keep track of where your items are, and consistently change your delivery date without proper explanation with a strong dose of dishonesty.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

      As mentioned in the original complaint, I have been unable to get in contact with the ************** either via email (an automated message comes through that just makes you go through the same information to make a claim) or phone (it just goes to voicemail which says I'll receive a call back that again has not happened). Ultimately, we made the transaction with your company and are hoping for more assistance on this.

      We have done everything possible to resolve this issue and this matter is closed as far as our company is concerned. It seems no matter what explanations we provided which is clearly on the moving contract and the moving estimate and we have done according to law this individual is never going to be satisfied. so we are no longer going to respond to any inquisitions from this point onwards

      I do not think it is unreasonable to ask how you came about the compensation amount. Asking for a breakdown of the calculations is fair in this situation and shouldn't warrant any push back unless there is some discrepancy on how it was done.

      We entered into a contract to move our belongings from ** to ** and coordinated with the owner/manager, *************************, that our belongings would arrive in 1 week. The company took 1.5 weeks longer then stated. The movers put a hole in one of the walls with no remorse or attempt at reimbursement. There were no updates provided without our initiation. This is the height of unprofessional conduct and buyer should beware.

      Good day, I have read this complaint and I will respond accordingly. The client was picked up on 12/4/2021 and was not ready for the delivery until 12/11/2021. We inform every customer that it takes about a week from the time they are ready for delivery. We never guarantee a delivery on any standard price move. We have ********************************************************************************************************************** a timely fashion. It is a very busy time of year and there are so many variables in long distance moving that can extend the time frame window.The client has an extremely rude and condescending attitude as well as very foul mouth. When I spoke with her and attemped to explain to her that no verbal or written guarantee was ever given she became belligerent .As for her claim that we damaged her wall she has never submitted a claim nor made any such claim verbally.The client can submit a claim for damages once she pays her remaining balance of $2271.96 with ************* Postal money orders or cash only upon the arrival of my delivery driver.        Beside my move date being incorrect per the business owner, there was damage done to the location of pick up and drop off. They also broke my mirror and an exercise bike. In addition the quote given was almost  two thousand less than the actual price because we were charged close to 900 for boxing and tape (extreme price gouging). The owner also cancelled my credit card payment and forced a Zelle transfer in order to obtain my belongings. This business is poorly run and extremely unprofessional. Many of my items were broken and the workers had an attitude when I let them know they were unloading another customers goods. Their exact words when I brought the box back to them was we dont work for Lowes referencing the box they erroneously put in my home. The arrogance of the business owner is insulting and his rude behavior is what led to all this complaint. I wouldnt wish my worst enemy use this service. Please see the images attached for proof.
