On July 7, 2023 i was involved in a motor vehicle accident.. the Claim number is ( *********** )(with statefarm) .My car was taken to this shop Exclusive auto collision and the guy whos the owner **** i was told to call him . Has been completely unprofessional in every manner there is . He is holding my car hostage & trying to milk and run the insurance company dry , constantly creating more damages to the car week after week , every week there is something new that was wrong with the car that WAS NOT before . And he constantly calls for adjustments to the claim . I text his phone continuously and he ignores , i call he ignored , he calls when he wants to or feel like it ********************** has said they have paid him out nearly $13,000 to fix damages and that they are considering totaling my vehicle because of the work being drawn out so long and the extent of the continuous discrepancies . He speaks to the insurances companies behind our back and also collects checks for our claim from the insurance company unknowingly to me and my family . Its been about nearly 2 months that my car has been sitting there dormant and not making any effort to complete the work . My car is valuable to me and can be fixed . *** maintained it to a peak extent and he is influencing the insurance company to total my car so he can get paid out . I dont know how else to save my car or resolve this issue please , someone can you please help me .
