    On March 10th 2022, the catalytic converter of my car was stolen, I contacted the dealer and they said they could provide the part and help me fix my issue. Today July 22, 2022 the dealership keeps giving me the run around saying that they cannot produce the part and they dont know when they will receive or return the car to me. I dont want to deal with this dealership, I need my car back so that I can trade it in. I am still paying for the monthly note and for the insurance.The dealership offered to give me the car so that I can go next door and get a straight pipe to hold me off, I refused to go that route since the emissions that the car emits are damaging to the environment, the dealership said that all their cars with problems like mine are being resolved in the meantime.

    The sales rep that helped me was amazing. But they are only in it for the money . Once they get you to sign off on the paperwork they ignore you . For example, I brought a pre-certified used van and it came with one key fob, so they claim but the key fob is programmed with keysense and no one at the dealer have the password. So my van is stuck on parental control settings. They are suppose to replace the key and have it programmed, I had an appointment at Chrysler and the service manager ******************************* from Atlantic Mitsubishi promised to pay for it with the companys card. However the Chrysler dealer said they need the money upfront so they can begin the diagnostic. so I contacted Atlantic Mitsubishi to let them know but instead Im constantly getting the run around and no answer on the phones. Very unprofessional. I spent my money on this van and I need the problem resolved . I wouldnt recommend this dealer at all stay far away .
