Sent package to them with misc broken jewelry and pieces no longer worn. Literally from the time I dropped fed-ex package to them I received a direct deposit in my account 21 hours later. I weighed the items and new the gold content and they paid a very fair price..Recommending to all family and friends. I couldn't believe they were even faster than the last package I sent. Thank you for a job well done.

I have dealt with 2 or more other companies before doing business with Express Gold Cash and they so far above the others in the amount of monies offered and the quickness in which being paid. An absolutely horrible experience. They lowballed the appraisal of a $4300 bridal ring set and offered me $406. When I refused the offer they messaged me and asked how much I was looking to get for the set and THEN PROCEEDED TO LIE AND TELL ME THAT THE STONES IN THE SET WERE FAKE DIAMONDS!!! After I told them that was bull and I know they're real because I bought it at *** ******** and have the receipt to prove it, then they back peddled and changed their story. Admitting the diamonds are real and that *** ******** mark up the prices 500% and that Express Gold Cash can only pay wholesale prices for items. They advertise that they pay 3X what others will offer. That's a lie, I was offered $500 at a local Pawn Shop. Steer clear of these con men.Review from J A.

I was skeptical at first sending something valuable in the mail considering how things are nowadays I was amazed that my ***** package that wasn't even dropped off at a location by the Dropbox got to its destination unbelievably quickly anyway my skepticism in mistrust went out the window when I got contacted actually less than 24 hours from the time I dropped it off we agreed to an extremely fair price I opted to get a direct deposit and it was in my account within hours thanks again for your professionalism and if I have anything in the future
