In January 2021 I met with Frank C**** to discuss a custom bed frame to be made as a 20th anniversary gift for my wife. Our anniversary is at the end of April and I was assured by Frank that projects like this normally take 3 weeks to complete but due to current workload it would be closer to three months (still in time for our anniversary). As the deadline approached and there was no updates, I worked patiently with Frank to determine when the project could be completed. Each time we got closer to the deadline it was pushed further back. Finally in December 2021 I had enough of the games and demanded a refund of the $2050 paid. I was informed that a full refund wasn't possible all at once, but payments would be made back to me on a regular basis. A total of 3 payments were made to me for $700 (in total). Frank assured me in August of 2022 that final payments would be made on September 30th ($750), October 31st ($750). This would resolve the total initial amount paid plus "$150 for the headache" as Frank put it. To date, none of these payments have been received. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this, I now get a response basically stating that Frank is unsure of when my refund will be processed. At this point, nothing short of a full refund immediately will be accepted.
