Contracted with Harry P***** owner of Trademark North LLC in September 2020 to complete numerous projects on mostly the exterior of our home. Job Estimates, multiple text conversations and in person conversations encompassed the scope of the project. To name a few big parts of the project: new roof, 4 new sliding doors and frames, painting of the basement walls and installation of baseboards, removal of front wooden entrance, foundation and lay of stamped concrete slab out front and back, drainage on house and on property, gutters, siding repair, flashing and water mitigation on back deck, retaining wall out front with iron fence and 3 concrete brick columns and numerous other jobs. Some of the work was completed in the fall of 2020. 4 payments were made- paying the complete bill of $40,000 in the fall of 2020 (see attached). Weather set in and the work was to be completed Spring 2021. Some of the work wasn't done properly, a significant portion incomplete and property damage. We were told it was going to be completed and fixed to our satisfaction. Work was not done again on the property until July 2021, for only 2 days, after which they never returned. The concretes weren't poured properly- no grade to drain the water away from the house's foundation- no barrier between the concrete and the house or proper grid/mesh laid underneath. The concrete slab laid in the back was stepped on before drying causing sinking points and no grade for drainage. The front steps are lacking the caps and the house missing some siding, no fence was installed on top of the retaining wall creating a very dangerous front porch area, the gutters installed have fallen apart and have caused a major erosion issue on the side of the house- eroding a cliff merely feet from the house's foundation. No handrails installed on front steps, and numerous other issues of poor workmanship and work incomplete. Harry is aware of the issues and since late summer 2021 has not returned any calls or texts.
