I am writing to file a formal complaint against Always Loyal Maine Coons. their failure to provide me with a mandatory feline health certificate, as required by the laws of the State of New York and New Jersey. My contact person, Deborah L*** has treated me unethically and disregarded the health and well-being of the cat I purchased.On [Date of Purchase: 11/22/2021], I acquired a Maine Coon named ********* from Deborah L**, who operates under the business name "Always Loyal Maine Coons." It has come to my attention that ********* has been diagnosed with Pyruvate Kinase Deficiency, a genetic disorder that causes anemia due to the breakdown of red blood cells. And had feline herpes. According to the health information provided,. As per the sales contract I entered with Always Loyal Maine Coons, I have the right to a replacement and an explanation as to why I was sold a cat with a genetic defect that can negatively impact breeding success. I requested the DNA results of *********'s parents from Deborah L**, but she only provided me with a blurry copy and refused to provide an up-to-date version. Furthermore, she blocked my attempts to communicate with her regarding this issue. I would like to bring to your attention the relevant sections of the sales contract that support my complaint. In the contract, it states that Always Loyal Maine Coons LLC is responsible for providing the buyer with information about the breed, health records of the sire and dam, and the health information of the kitten or cat being purchased. Additionally, the contract includes a lifetime satisfaction guarantee, which allows for the return and replacement of a kitten if it is found to be incompatible with the original purchaser's situation or if the purchaser's living circumstances change. he deletes customers reviews as I completed a through review.
