i ordered an item...on sale for 39.00 and some change... site decided i wanted two as some deal i never asked for... so i was charged 52.00 and some change instead. Decided fine will keep the second one. That was on Jan 21, 2023. Within minutes company had also charged me 71.00 and some change for no reason whatsoever. Then said be patient it WILL arrive... well it never did, but requests for a review of my item keeps being sent. Phone number will never get me to them and is suspicious. Contact form is NEVER answered. Now the same item lists for 69.99. Very hinky.Now i see they ordered me a third one and sent confirmation... at $71. This is insane... helpBusiness response

The package is in transit and can be tracked by going to ************************* and entering the tracking number ******************* In regards to the two charges, the customer accepted a one time upsell offer for a second unit of the same product at a discounted price. This offer could have been declined by the customer by clicking a clear, prominent "Decline offer" button.Customer response

Better Business Bureau: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. I received notice that it had been delivered, and ever since then I keep getting emails asking me to review the item and buy other things...so I find it hard to believe the items are in transit. I will track and watch for the item. As for the charges... on the first charge I DID click decline offer... its a pop up and it charged as if I accepted... THEN again the next day I was charged 3 times as much ($71 and some change) for ANOTHER one. I will be talking to the bank... please stand by, and I will refer to this response again this week. On November 2, 2022, my sister and I purchased a Kids Battery Powered Ride, On Excavator Digger Toy 12volt yellow for $249.99, plus shipping for $1.38 totaling $251.37. My sister paid utilizing her credit card ending in 2275. She received a payment confirmation from them for her order which was order #2067. They stated due to high volume it could take up to three weeks for her to receive the Ride on Excavator Digger. Three weeks would have been November 23, 2022. We have emailed them and called several times leaving several messages and to date we have not received a response or the Excavator Digger. This is a Christmas gift for my sisters grandson and she is extremely upset which is why I’m contacting you on her behalf. This company advertises all the time when you look up the company name. Any assistance you could provide would be appreciated as the holidays are upon us. I wish to thank you in advance for your support.Business response

We were unable to send the toy excavator to Puerto Rico because our supplier is unable to ship outside of the contiguous United States. A refund was sent to ******** ***** on December 18, 2022 as shown in the attached image.
