I ordered a dog harness from PetSwag on 8/26/2023. PetSwag deducted $16.90 from my credit card on 8/26/2023. I received an order confirmation to my email on 8/26/2023. This order confirmation stated my order would take 1-2 weeks to process. After 7 weeks, I began investigating the location of my order. I chatted with a representative with ****** ( the shipping company PetSwag is using for my order). The ****** representative discovered that my harness order had never been dropped off to ******. I have sent 3 different emails to PetSwag requesting the status of my harness order. As of October 23, 2023, I have not received any communication from PetSwag. Unfortunately, PetSwag does not have a phone number I can call to speak with a representative. At this time, I am seeking a refund in the amount of $16.90. Any assistance that BBB can do for me is greatly appreciated.Customer response
