I had a one year lease agreement with Bonacio at *** **** ***** located in Rome, NY. I put down a security deposit of $1930.00 and they only refunded me about $500 and stated things that did not match the move out form (meaning that I need to be refunded more money than they are actually refunding me). For example, on the move out inspection form, there are no damages to the oven, living/dining room, and nothing that states an "Oct 2023" fee. There is constantly new management and I feel that they are being shady and not honoring the legal agreements set in place. I am incredibly frustrated and not being heard. I would simply like a refund back for the things I did not do to the apartment.Business response

The complaint described does not pertain to Bonacio Construction, Inc. but to **** **** ********** ** ********* **** which is currently doing business as ******* ********** and is a separate entity. Bonacio Construction, Inc. is not responsible for apartment leases in the buildings we construct, nor do we have any tenants' account information, including security deposits. Therefore, this dispute is with ******* ********** and needs to be resolved through them. We will forward this complaint directly to the management team.Business response

Good afternoon, My name is ******** ******, and I am the Property Manager at *** **** ***** which is managed by Bonacio Management, and I am responding to the complaint #******** that Ms. ******** made against Bonacio Management. Ms. ******** conducted a walk-through inspection of her apartment on 9-29-2023 with the Regional Director of Property Management for ******* ********** at that time she signed the inspection form stating that she was going to be charged for the damages to her apartment. In Ms. ********** lease under security deposit it states what we would charge if there were damages or cleaning to be done. I am attaching the walk-through inspection report signed by both Ms. ******** and by the Regional Director of Property Management, Ms. ********** lease, and photos of the inspection. I have more photos, but it is not allowing me to upload all the photos from the inspection. I was only able to upload a few from the 30 that we have.
