This company has very shady and unethical practices. I had paid for in full to attend a conference and then they canceled the conference. I never received a refund. I called many time over the course of a year requesting my refund. Every time, the same person I spoke to on the phone said they needed to check with another person and I would get a call back. I NEVER got a call back. I only got a response after I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Then I was sent an email, and told I would get a response back from another person. Waited a week and their response was to say, see we already issued you a refund long before you ever started calling us. It was just a fake picture of a check with no information on the top, no account number, no routing number to a bank, no information who the check belongs to, like my 6 year old made it from an adobe program. Oh yea and they put my name and address as an old address I had used previously. Don't do business with this company. They lie, cheat and steal. Not worth it. There are so many other better resources available than a company with these shady business practices. If I could have done 0 stars I would have. They don't even rate one star. They aren't even accredited with the Better Business Bureau.
