My brand new vehicle was swiped in the parking lot of this establishment unbeknownst to me. However, someone saw the incident and came inside to notify the manager. My friend noticed the interaction and inquired if everything was okay? The waitress said it had nothing to do with us. My friend also noticed that the manager had started to write down the info given to him but then he stopped. I think the witness had given him the license plate number. On our way leaving, I then saw that the left front of my vehicle was swiped, including the grill and the light of the vehicle. Then it all made sense what my friend had witnessed in the establishment. I went back in to confront the manager. He admitted that the witness of the incident said someone was trying to make a three point turn and that was it. I explained to him that what he was saying made no sense and he was deliberately omitting info. Why would someone report a three point turn if nothing had happened? The manager then continued to say that he didn’t notify his patrons because no one was hurt. I pointed out to him that it wasn’t about someone being hurt but instead, my brand new vehicle had been damaged. He continued to lie and kept saying no one was hurt. At this point a waitress came and said that it wasn’t their responsibility and it’s all hearsay. Then another waitress came and accused me of putting my finger in her face and said she would call the police. She proceeded to call the police and lie, saying that I was being aggressive and refusing to leave the property. The other waitress stood in front of me to prevent the police from hearing me say that she was lying. The manager and waitresses were incredibly unethical and put my safety at risk by calling the police and lying about what was happening. I’m appalled by their behavior. I’m writing this review because I want to make people aware, so that they don’t ever have this experience. Plus, the damage on my vehicle is estimated at 5k!!

This review pertains to an incident that occurred on our property but not in our business. The reviewer fails to mention that she was advised to report the incident to the police so they could handle it accordingly and she can put a claim in with her insurance company, as is standard protocol for hit and run incidents. The reviewer declined to involve the authorities and decided to enter our establishment and loudly harass our staff. The incident with this reviewer escalated, she caused a scene inside our business and needed to be escorted outside so as not to disrupt our business operations. She was asked politely to leave on several occasions and her behavior escalated until we had no choice but to involve the authorities. The police are currently involved in the situation, as is our legal team. This reviewer is now targeting our business on numerous platforms and our attorneys have advised us to pursue both civil and criminal remedies. We are disputing the veracity of this review as there are many exaggerations and falsehoods that this reviewer is currently disseminating. We are respectfully requesting that this review is not posted, at least until the authorities work to resolve the issue. Thank you.
