On July 23, 2021, I received confirmation of my registration in the Alpha Win ************ Triathlon set for October 23, 2021.On September 25, 2021, I was notified via email by Alpha Win CEO ******************************* that the event I paid for changed significantly and that the company would be happy to offer [me] a transfer to any other one of [their] races at no extra charge. On the same date I sent an email to Alpha Win in which I stated that I wanted to transfer my registration for the same event the following year. Two days later, on September 27, 2021, I received an email from Brinnah Leiching in which she apologized for the inconvenience and that she did appreciate that [I was] willing to transfer, and that it would be done by the end of the day. On April 18, 2022, I received an email from Alpha Win advertising the ************ event scheduled for October 22, 2022. On the same date I sent an email to Alpha Win in which I asked for confirmation that my registration for the event was in order. The following day, on April 19, 2022, I received a response from ******** at Alpha Win, in which he asked me to send email confirmation where I requested a transfer. On the same date I forwarded the aforementioned email thread that I had with ******** I did not receive any further correspondence from Alpha Win. On April 25, 2022, I followed up with another email to Alpha Win asking for confirmation of my registration, but as before I did not receive any response. On May 28, 2022, I sent another email to Alpha Win explaining the matter and asking for a reply, but I have still not received any correspondence.
