I am happy to inform that we were overwhelmingly pleased with the service provided by Astor Lane Realty and Agent ******* ********. We engaged ******* to sell our house located in Yonkers, New York. Our initial meeting with ******* lasted over an hour and he spent time asking us about our end goals and explaining every step of the process. While our house was on the market, ******* conducted weekly check ins with us and provided constant updates. We were well-informed of everything that occurred throughout the process. Most importantly, with *******’s advice and experience, we were able to accomplish our goals, including asking price and timeline. ******* was respectful of our time and our needs. ******* was a phenomenal agent to work with from day one. He assist my grandparents with the sell of their home of almost 25+ years. ******* clearly walked them through their selling options, broke down his marketing strategies and general plan to get the home sold, and ******* set clear expectations for follow up and delivered on them. ******* understood that for my family, selling this home was a group effort, he was communicative with my family throughout the process keeping everyone in the loop. ******* connected ** with a great attorney as well and worked to negotiate a deal which netted my grandparents more than what they were expecting. ******* far exceeded expectations and I would recommend him to anyone. Pleased and very grateful! ******* sold my co-op earlier this year and I couldnt have asked for better service. He is very knowledgeable was there from the day I decided to sell. He gave me great ideas on how to renovate and get the best offer possible. Co-ops are not easy but he helped me through it with ease and patience. ***** and his entire team are absolutely amazing! He is so knowledgeable and thorough; ***** really is an expert in the field of real estate. We have worked with Astor Lane Realty through two purchases and each time ***** has given us 5 star customer service; each piece of advice has always been on point. If you want a realtor who knows what they are doing, is available to answer all of your questions, and helps through each step of the buying and selling process, then ***** and the entire Astor Lane Realty team is who you are looking for!
