      I received a text from this company stating that an order would be delivered to an address in *********, ************. I have never heard of this company nor do I live in ************. I have tried to contact this company on their published customer service phone number, but their phone number has been disconnected.I want to find out more about this and to verify that my credit cards will not be charged. But there appear to be no way to contact them. I did send them an email, but based upon the reviews in Better Business Bureau, this company does not respond to emails as well.The order number associated with the text that I received is *********. I live in ********, not ************. The order appears to be shipping to someone named *****************************. I want to discuss what credit card was used to place this order so that I can discuss this with my credit card company. I have many credit cards and it will take a very long time to determine which was used, if any. I dont know when the order may have been placed as well.Thank you, *****************

      We apologize for any inconvenience. Shopify does a great job in notifying us if an order has high or even medium level of fraud risk. And this specific  order with the phone number provided did not have any fraud risk. 

      There is a possibility that the customer may have entered the wrong phone number. We do answer our emails as quickly as possible. So if you would like to confirm the credit card information used, please contact our customer service at ******************************************************.

      I placed an order with this company and today i check my email to see when the package was going to.get delivered and it says it was delivered today the package never arrived i tried calling them at their listed number *********** but it wasnt a working number so i then emailed them and nothing Signature,Due to my disabilities, I am unable to come apply in person. Can I please have an accommodation to apply by mail/ electronically? Because of my disabilities, speaking on the phone is difficult. I plan to communicate by email instead?

      Our customer service team received the customer's email on 7/21/2022 and has been in communication with customer since 7/22/2022. We have responded with a refund and a replacement order per customer request as a result to a missing package and missing item issue. 

       

      Time in the office is currently scarce as many of our team members are working from home. Apologies if we could not assist you via phone. 

       

      Attached is email communication as well order confirmations for the original order (including refund) and replacement order.

      I have contacted the company for two weeks and many times because I wanted to return some items. But they havent responded me yet. They fail their job to contact customers because there is no way I can get refunded for the unwanted items. This problem cant resolve by my self since they keep ignoring me.
