We reached out to this business to get a quote for our main bathroom, this was September 2022. We were told it would take a while, maybe January/February. Job was ready to start end of March beginning of April (April 5, 2023 exact start date). We did make a few changes to the plan, mainly that we did not want the piece of glass to contain the shower, that we wanted an open concept shower with a drain in the center of the room. This is because we shower our two children with disabilites and it was for ease of that. I am going to include a word document to support the journey of working with this company and pictures. At the end of the day, Jeff said he was on board with the changes that we agreed to. When the foreman and workers arrived, they didnt even have the right quote page taped to our bathroom door, it was for an entirely different job, different address and everything. None of the changes were reflected on the page, except maybe the removal of the glass enclosure. As work continued, we were asking confirming questions about the open shower and the toilet being centered and we kept being told it would all come together. At some point, they said they could not do the open shower, they had already purchased the shower base, but they could angle it, so that all the water would stay in that area. I kept expressing doubt, but they kept moving forward, telling us it would be fine. We gave them $22,500, that does not include the additional $5-8k that we spent on tiles, and fixtures and so on, because that was on us.
