    We purchased a ******* dishwasher through ***** and immediately after it being installed on 12/3, we discovered that the middle rack of our dishwasher was broken. We were advised to contact ******* directly in order to have the problem resolved. My husband contacted ******* and so began the lack of customer service. My husband has to call daily to try and get someone to even call back to try and set up a time for someone to come look at our dishwasher. During this time we thought we could still at least use the dishwasher, but soon found another issue regarding the water line, which has now put our dishwasher completely out of use. We had an appointment initially set up for 12/16, but due to weather it had to be canceled, which we understood. Did anyone call within that week to try and set up a new appointment, no. My husband again had to call daily and was being told that who ******* contracts out to, wasn’t responding. We understand that it was going into the holiday season and all we wanted was at least a rescheduled date, which we couldn’t get. After about a week, and raising the lack of communication from the contractor, we finally got a date/time. The contractor came on 12/27, only to say a part needed to be ordered and it would take a week. No follow up has been given yet again and my husband will be reaching out to see what our status is. The contractor also claimed to have fixed our middle drawer, which isn’t actually fixed. It’s been almost a month now since having our almost $900 dishwasher installed and we still have yet to be able to use it and are slowly losing our patience with the lack of customer service from ******* to address what appears to be their manufacturing issue. Without my husband calling daily, we would never get an update or a service date. We are highly disappointed with this service and refused to ever purchase another ******* appliance after this experience. All we want is for our dishwasher to be fixed and communication.

    It took six weeks to get my range repaired, numerous phone calls, messages unanswered. Repair was faulty, had to pay for outside evaluation, took two weeks for local Samsung repair joint to fix it, making unreasonable demands on the way. WORST service experience I have ever had.
