In December of 2022, I froze my account. Specifically, I froze the account on 12/5. On 12/8 I was charged in full. I then received this email: Pure Barre NiskayunaFeb 1, 2023, 10:26?AM to me Hi ****** Thanks for reaching out. We refunded your January payment and froze your account for the next 3 months (Feb, March and April). 3 months is typically our max for freezing your account and it’s $15/month to freeze. Let us know if you want to come back in May or would rather cancel your membership. We hope to see you back at the barre! Best, Tiffany C***** S******* Studio Owner & Operator Pure Barre Latham & Niskayuna I asked for my December fee to be reimbursed since I Froze prior to the payment date. I followed up in December, January, February, March, and now April. No one answers the phone and I am deeply disappointed and want to be reimbursed and for my money back and a full cancellation.
