New York lottery is a scam. Don't play it. Their payouts are too small. Nobody ever wins the pick 10. And the jackpot is always $500,000. Never grows. Ruined lotto with the extra ball. AGAIN, weak payouts. Take 5 was better when it was once a day. Greed driven.Review from Larry R

A very lousy site to attempt to explain what you are trying to get across to the other party which in this case is the NY State Lottery. Why don't you ask regular people who play the NYS Lottery how they feel about things instead of making rules and regulations that the actual workers who don't play the NYS Lottery don't have an idea as to what they are talking about. I also think that your general Lotto stores or retailers as you call them are only in for the money plus when there is an issue they use the term "I Don't Know" but at the same time you know how to take my hard-earned money but if there is an issue I get the following: - I don't have enough money to pay you $40.00 in my register. - Can you come back when the owner is here to collect your money? - Sorry but I don't know how to ring up your winning ticket? Tell me what the hell is this "Bull ****" that we are receiving from the NYS Lottery? Thank you & please have a terrible day just like I am having.Review from Lisa C

I contacted the state Gaming Commission-Division of the Lottery on November 8, 2021 I spoke to Wendy M***** who gave me her email address to send over the issue. I emailed her as she instructed and received a response that my email address is BLOCKED I called back and got another representative who confirmed her email address and emailed her again and got the same message. Lottery authorized retailer cancelled my paid ticket on win4 in which I hit the number box on November 7, 2021. I played the lottery at **** * **** supermarket in Yonkers *** ********** ***. The supermarket lied and said that lottery cancelled the ticket in error. Lottery confirmed that they did not cancel the ticket and that the supermarket is liable to pay me the $200. I am still unpaid as of today November 16, 2021. I been giving the run arounds and my kindness is taking for weakness, I WANT MY MONEY!!!!! FOR the record Dan A******* I spend daily on lottery over $50.00. You were not concerned of the issue only the money I spend on lottery. Both companies have failed me as a consumer and have committed fraud. I won I deserve my reward.Review from Jerome K.

Something seems very fishy about the $10 million black titanium scratch off. They say the odds of winning or one and 3.53. I just started playing that game and have now bought at least 15 tickets and not won a single prize. That seems very odd to me as I was playing the $10 million colossal cash ticket which had similar odds and I would usually win within four or five plays sometimes sooner and rarely later. I mentioned this to the store clerk where I bought that scratch off and he indicated that a lot of people have been complaining about that particular scratch off. I’m feeling fleeced and I am looking into how we can kick off an investigation into this game within the lottery organization. I have been playing scratch off’s for years and never saw anything like this.
