I brought a mattress from this store in November 2021. After 2 months of used the mattress caved in. I called the owner and send pictures of defect. He told me to send pictures of the tag on mattress, which I did. He then told me he had to speak to the warehouse to give him ok to replace. A whole month pass and many phone calls and texts, he eventually replaced it with what seemed to be a used one because it came without the plastic cover and dirty. I called and told him to take it back because it looked used and I don't know if it had bed bugs. He refused to take it. I decided to use it and now after a month with this one I have the same problem. It caved in at the center and now he doesn't want to do anything about it.Business response
